Recommended sending procedures:
Place your gown, veil and any other peripherals into a dress carrier or a polythene bag if necessary. Any contents you send will always be returned.
Roll or fold and place everything into a strong cardboard box. The packing is a very important stage to ensure a safe delivery and to protect your dress during transit.
Always make sure and double check the box is labelled correctly with our shop address.
On return of your dress the veil and any other peripherals are always placed flat at the bottom of the box on return.
